Data Recorded:Total field mag; transverse mag gradient
Comments:Open File maps were released Nov. 3, 2009.  DGRF for year Jan. 15, 2009 removed from Total Field Mag data to yield residual; transverse and longitudinal gradients were determined from sensor differences; derived first and second vertical derivatives.  Data processing is described in detail in the report. The other two areas covered by this survey are Indian Head (Open File 12B/0581, Survey DN09906) and Gros Morne (Open File NFLD/3076, Survey DN09908).

Data Comments:Final data were received from the contractor in late Nov. 2009; links are provided for download. The 1:50 000 scale PDF maps are also accessible via the Geological Survey Home Page. Database fields are described in Section 6 of report.  The original grids submitted by the contractor were modified by trimming to the survey extents.  The images (NAD27 & NAD83), linked below, were exported from Oasis Montaj at high resolution (10 m).
